Plumbing Maintenance

1. Inspect all plumbing fixtures for leaks and corrosion including supplies lines

   • toilets​

   • faucets

   • showers

   • sinks

   • bathtubs

2. Inspect all appliance water supply lines

3. Inspect all exterior water supplies lines 

4. Drain hot water heater and check for corrosion 

5. Inspect sump pumps and ejector pumps and confirm they are working properly 

6. Inspect all drains and if slow provide necessary maintenance to obtain proper drain flow
