HVAC Maintenance

  1. Check air Filters

  2. Check for adequate refrigerant charge

  3. Check condenser coils and clean if needed

  4. Lubricate condenser motor if possible

  5. Check condenser for blade tightness

  6. Tighten electrical connections

  7. Check voltage

  8. Check fan belts where applicable

  9. Check blower for cleanliness

  10. Inspect compressor contact

  11. Inspect burners and clean if necessary

  12. Check thermostat and batteries

  13. Check capacitor

  14. Check relays

  15. Check running and starting amperage

  16. Check total performance and efficiency
