Garage Door Maintenance

1. Inspect alignment of door to insure proper operation.

2. Lubricate and inspect rollers and bearings.

3. Inspect, adjust and lubricate springs.

4. Inspect and tighten hinges and other hardware.

5. Inspect cables for wear and damage.

6. Inspect weather seal for wear and damage.

7. Inspect and adjust limit switches, belts, brake, clutch.

8. Inspect operator mounting.
